The girl is my friend Natasha on April fools day, giving away candies. Policemen just appeared out of nowhere...

Fairies still Exist by =absinthFenix. Quoting the suggester: "The photograph of two policemen of the special forces, dressed and armed like gladiators accepting candies from a fairy-like girl, shows us a different picture from the action pictures with policemen, we are used to see in newspapers and tv.
